Easy peasy cards :)

Hello....welcome back to my blog. This weekend I was able to create few cards but was not able to share. These are very easy cards and I got them done in 5 minutes each.

This is the first card. Created the branch by stamping leaves and creating the branch using watercolor pencil. Added the shimmering red felt strip. I was no able to capture the glitter of the strip but it looks great in real, bright red and shimmering.

Well I do not have any stamp which is a leaf/flower shaped. Most of you mush have guessed how did I make it :). I have simply used the Memento tuxedo black dew drop ink pad and directly used on the paper to create these patterns.

The second one is on the same lines but a different design. Added small golden flowers in between the flower centers. Then golden washi tape at the bottom.

  1. What a clever idea to use the ink pad to create leaves and petals! The cards are wonderful and you've embellished them perfectly with just the ribbon and the flower centres. Debra x

  5. These look amazing! I've never made a 5-minute card! I fuss with mine way too much I think! I love these and I especially love the pop of colour that you added to each one! I will definitely have to remember this! My favourite is the last one! Love those little yellow flowers you added! I just realized that you made the flowers and leaves with your ink pad - I never would have known this - genius idea! You are very creative!

  12. This is beautiful, I love the monochromatic tones here, and the glitter just adds enough interest, without taking your eye away from the main design.
